Effect of Omega-3 fatty acids and Cherry juice on Muscle Soreness

This study investigates the effect of Omega-3 fatty acids and cherry juice on exercise induced muscle soreness and inflammation following eccentric exercise. It involves 8 short visits over 3 weeks. Specialized equipment will be used to measure muscle strength.
